Lunch: Frito Pie! 
Dinner: Beef or Veggie Fajitas with Refried Beans, Pico de Gallo, and Bunelos (DELICIOUS SUGAR AND CINNAMON COVERED HEAVEN DROPLETS)

Tuesday, October 14th
Lunch: Cheese Tortellini with or without Chicken with Dill Peas and Cucumber Tomato Salad
Dinner: Baked Ziti with Green Beans, Summer Squash, and Greek Salad

Wednesday, October 15th
Lunch: La Morada Tortilla Soup with or without Chicken with Rice and Refried Beans
Dinner: Chickpea and Potato Curry or Chicken Curry with Basmati Rice, Chilled Raita and Naan

Thursday, October 16th
Lunch: Salad Bar with Grilled Chicken or Tofu! Also, Cream of Mushroom Soup
Dinner: Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan with Roasted Zucchini and Rosemary Red Potatoes

Friday, October 17th
Lunch: Chicken or Veggie Stirfry with Rice and Edamame
Dinner: Sausage and Beef or Tofu Jambalaya with Cheddar Jalapeno Cornbread, Crispy Okra and Fried Tomatoes

Saturday, October 18th
Brunch: Steel Cut Oats with Apples, Bacon, and Muffins

Sunday, September 19th
Dinner: Spaghetti and Meatballs with Green Beans Mushroom Medly and Garlic Rolls
