Wednesday, January 21st
Lunch: Chili Mac with Broccoli and Corn
Dinner: Spaghetti and Meatballs, Assparagus, and Garlic Toast

Thursday, January 22nd
Lunch: Salad Bar with Grilled Chicken or Tofu. Also, Cream of Mushroom Soup
Dinner: Pork Chops or Black Bean Patties with Mashed Potatoes and Green Bean Casserole

Friday, January 23rd
Lunch: Chicken or Veggie Stirfry with Rice and Edamame
Dinner: Sausage and Beef or Tofu Jambalaya with Cheddar Jalapeno Cornbread, Crispy Okra and Fried Tomatoes

Saturday, January 24th
Brunch: Shrimp and Grits or Cheesy Grits with Cucumber Tomato Salad and Blueberry Muffins

Sunday, January 25th
Dinner: Lemon Chicken or Tempeh with Green Beans Mushroom Medley and Carrots
