Monday, February 16th
Lunch:  Chicken Satay or Tofu Satay, Hummus, Tabouleh, Pita Bread
Dinner: Salisbury Steaks or Salisbury non-steak and Garlic Green Beans and Rosemary Red Potatoes

Tuesday, February 17th

Lunch:  WATTTTTTTT IT'S TACO TUESDAY - shrimp or tvp tacos!
Dinner: Dijon Chicken or Tofu with Acorn Squash and Twice Baked Potatoes

Wednesday, February 18th

Lunch: Quiche! with Mushroom Soup 
Dinner: Chili with Oven Roasted Broccoli, Sauteed Zucchini, and Garlic Rolls
 

Thursday, February 19th
Lunch: Grilled Cheese or Grilled Turkey and Cheese with Tomato Soup and Salad
Dinner:  Falafels and Gyros with Tzatziki, Couscous salad, and Hummus

Friday, February 20th

Lunch: Spaghetti in Garlic Herb Butter Sauce and Lemon Marinated Chicken with Tomatoes with Green Beans and Buttery Corn
Dinner: Chicken or Chik'n Dumplings with Jalapeno Roasted Vegetables and Cauliflower

Saturday, February 21st

Brunch: Breakfast Kolaches with Fruit Salad, Cayenne Potatoes and Mixed Veggies

Sunday, February 22nd

Dinner: Lemon Pepper Tilapia with Wilted Kale, Roasted Carrots, and Brownies
