Monday, Febrauary 23rd
Lunch: King Ranch Casserole with Butter Peas and Salad
Dinner: 
Turkey or Veggie Burgers with Tots and Roasted Carrots

Tuesday, Febraury 24th
Lunch: 
Flautas, Cilantro Lime Rice, Southwestern Chopped Salad
Dinner: Rosemary Chicken or Zucchini Fritters, Twice-Baked Potatoes, and Balsamic Carrots

Wednesday, February 25th
Lunch: Enchilada Casserole with Rice and Black Beans
Dinner: Sausage and Vegetarian Paella with Crispy Okra, Sweet Corn and Salad

Thursday, February 26th
Lunch: 
Wraps with Kale, Avocado, Hummus, and Chicken
Dinner: Beef or Spinach/Veggie Lasagna with Roasted Broccoli and Caesar Salad

Friday, February 27th
Lunch:  Dino Nuggets or Faux Nuggets with Tater Tots and Green Beans
Dinner: 
Chicken and Spinach or Mushroom and Spinach Pasta Bake, with Corn and Broccoli Salad

Saturday, February 28th
Brunch Pancakes, Bacon, Scrambled Eggs, and Veggies

Sunday, March 1st
Dinner: 
Chicken or Tofu Cacciatore with Green Beans and Squash Medley and Garlic Toast
