Monday, March 8th

Lunch: Hot Dogs and Veggies 
Dinner: Chickpea and Potato Curry or Chicken Curry with Basmati Rice, Chilled Raita and Naan

Tuesday, March 9th
Lunch : Salad Bar with Grilled Chicken or Tofu! Also, Tomato Soup
Dinner: Chicken or Veggie Fajitas with Refried Beans, Pico de Gallo, and Bunelos 

Wednesday, March 10th
Lunch: Potato Soup with Bacon and Toast
Dinner: Baked Ziti with Green Beans and Summer Squash

Thursday, March 11th
Lunch: Cheese Tortellini with or without Chicken with Dill Peas and Cucumber Tomato Salad
Dinner: Sausage and Beef or Tofu Jambalaya with Cheddar Jalapeno Cornbread, Crispy Okra and Fried Tomatoes

Friday, March 12th
Lunch: Chicken or Veggie Stirfry with Rice and Edamame
Dinner: Spaghetti and Meatballs with Green Beans Mushroom Medly and Garlic Rolls

Saturday, March 13th 
Brunch: Breakfast Tacos!

Sunday, March 14th 
Dinner: Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan with Roasted Zucchini and Rosemary Red Potatoes
