Monday,  March 2nd

Lunch:  Homemade Pizza! with Garden Salad
Dinner: Buffalo/BBQ Wings or Crispy BBQ Tofu with Potato Salad and Green Beans

Tuesday, March 3rd
Lunch:  IT'S TACO Tuesday! - Grilled Shrimp or tvp tacos! With Beans and Rice.
Dinner: 
Parmesan Crusted Tilapia or Tofu, Roasted Buttery Brussels Sprouts and Potatoes with Greek Salad

Wednesday, March 4th
Lunch: Grilled Cheese or Grilled Turkey and Cheese with Mushroom Soup and Salad
Dinner: Gumbo! with Corn Bread and Collard Greens

Thursday, March 5th
Lunch: Pesto Chicken or Chickpea Sandwiches and Minestrone Soup
Dinner: Kung Pao Chicken and Tofu with Rice and Pan-Roasted Broccoli

Friday, March 6th
Lunch: Kale Potato Gratin with or without Beef, Roasted Mushrooms and Balsamic Carrots
Dinner: Cilantro Chile Lime Butter Chicken or Black Beans with Pan-Seared Bell Peppers and Mexican Rice

Saturday, March 7th
Brunch: 
Mini Chicken or Sans Chicken Pot Pies with Oven Roasted Zucchini and Salad

Sunday, March 8th
Dinner: 
 Pork Chops or Black Bean Patties with Sautéed Cabbage with Mushrooms and Caramelized onions
