Menus for the Week of April 27th-May 3rd

Monday:
  • Lunch: Chili Mac and Cheese, TVP Mac and Cheese and Salad
  • Dinner: Chicken Alfredo, Plain Alfredo, Garlic Toast, Caesar Salad and Cookies
Tuesday:
  • Lunch: Breakfast Tacos
  • Dinner: Flautas, Veggie Flautas, Cilantro Lime Rice, Corn and Tres Leche Cake
Wednesday:
  • Lunch: Enchilada Casserole, Veggie Enchilada Casserole and Black Beans
  • Dinner: Chicken Tikka Masala, Veggie Tikka Masala, Rice, Roasted Potatoes and Salad
Thursday:
  • Lunch: Chicken Pesto Pasta, Broccoli Pesto Pasta, Carrots and Green Peas, Garlic Bread/Toast
  • Dinner: Orange Chicken, Orange Tempeh, Rice, Snow Peas and Carrots
Friday:
  • Lunch: Chicken Salad, Chickpea Salad, Kale Chips, Toasted Bread
  • Dinner: Baked Ziti, Veggie Baked Ziti, Brussel Sprouts, Orange and Feta Salad
Saturday:
  • Brunch: French Toast, Eggs and Bacon
Sunday:
  • Dinner: Tacos, TVP Tacos, Refried Beans, Rice, Guacamole, Pico and Tortillas
