Monday

  • Lunch: Chicken Lo Mein, Veggie Lo Mein, and Fruit Salad
  • Dinner: BBQ Chicken, BBQ Tofu, Fancy Coleslaw, Fruit Salad and Cookies
Tuesday
  • Lunch: Shrimp Tacos, Black Bean, Butternut Squash, Quinoa Tacos, and Cilantro Lime Rice
  • Dinner: Dijon Chicken, Dijon Tofu, Mashed Potatoes, and Roasted Broccoli
Wednesday
  • Lunch: Baked Potato Bar, Bar Fixins'
  • Dinner: Breakfast for Dinner(Eggs, Bacon, Roasted Potatoes, and Pancakes)
Thursday:
  • Lunch: Tuna and Chickpea Sandwiches, and Sweet Potato Fries
  • Dinner: Chicken Manicotti, Spinach Manicotti, Roasted Brussel Sprouts, Caesar Salad, and Chocolate Chip Cookies
Friday
  • Lunch: Alfredo Tortelli, and Peas and Carrots
  • Dinner: Turkey Stuffed Bell Peppers, Quinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers, Twice Baked Potatoes, Corn, and Salad
Saturday
  • Brunch: Chicken Tortilla Soup, JalapeƱo Cornbread, Black Beans, and Bunuelos
