Monday:

  • Lunch: Dino and Faux Nuggets, Waffle Fries, Salad
  • Dinner: Chicken Satay, Tofu Satay, Peas, White Rice, Salad, Dessert
Tuesday:
  • Lunch: Spaghetti with Meatballs or TVP, Garlic Toast, and Caesar Salad
  • Dinner: Fish Tacos, Sweet Potato and Avocado Tacos, Corn, Coleslaw, Mango Salsa, and Cookies
Wednesday
  • Lunch: Quiche, Peas and Carrots, Salad
  • Dinner: Beef Enchiladas, Veggie Enchiladas, Black Beans, White Rice, and Watermelon
Thursday
  • Lunch: Turkey Burgers, Chic Patties, and Sweet Potato Fries
  • Dinner: Chicken Manicotti, Spinach Manicotti, Roasted Broccoli, Garlic Toast, Spinach and Strawberry Salad, and Dessert
Friday
  • Lunch: Hot Dogs, Tofu Dogs, Potato Chips, Carrot and Celery Sticks
  • Dinner: Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes, and Fruit Salad
Saturday
  • Brunch: Blueberry Muffins, Bacon, Potatoes, and Fruit
Sunday
  • Dinner: Salsbury Steak, Seitan Steaks, Mushroom Gravy, Brussel Sprouts, and White Rice
