Monday
  • Lunch: Salad Bar, and Fixin's
  • Dinner: Kung Pao Chicken, Kung Pao Tofu, Snow Peas and Carrots, Eggrolls, White Rice, and Asian Slaw Salad
Tuesday
  • Lunch: Broccoli and Cheese Soup, Vegetable Medley, Black Beans
  • Dinner: Beef Jambalaya, Tofu Jambalaya, Collard Greens, Cornbread, and Jello Salad
Wednesday
  • Lunch: Currywurst, Tofu Sausages, Sauerkraut, and Potato Salad
  • Dinner: Chicken Alfredo, Mushroom and TVP Alfredo, Roasted Garlic Asparagus, Buttered Toast, and Spinach Salad
Thursday
  • Lunch: Barbacoa Tacos, Sweet Potato, Black Bean and Corn Tacos, Coleslaw, White Rice, and Pinto Beans
  • Dinner: Turkey Burgers, Black Bean Burgers, Waffle Fries, Broccoli Salad, and Sugar Cookies
Friday
