Monday
  • Lunch: Corndogs, Chickpea Patties, Tater Tots, and Baked Beans
  • Dinner: BBQ Ribs, BBQ Tofu Cutlets, Mac N Cheese, Fiesta Corn, Broccoli Salad, and Chocolate Chip Cookies
Tuesday:
  • Lunch: Asian Fish Tacos, Asian Tofu Tacos, White Rice, Edamame
  • Dinner: Sweet Hot Mustard Chicken, Sweet Hot Mustard Tofu, Mushroom Risotto, Roasted Asparagus, Mixed Salad, and Sour Cream Biscuits
Wednesday
  • Lunch: Grilled Cheese Delights, Tomato Basil Soup, and Sautéed Squash and Zucchini
  • Dinner: Chicken Pesto Pasta, Pesto Pasta, Steamed Broccoli and Carrots, Garlic Bread, and Strawberry Feta Pecan Salad
Thursday
  • Lunch: Biscuits and Sausage Gravy and regular Gravy, Scrambled Eggs, and Watermelon Slices
  • Dinner: Breakfast for Dinner!
Friday
  • Lunch: Dino Nuggets, Tofudogs, Waffle Fries, and Black Bean Corn Tomato Salad
  • Dinner: Chili, TVP Chili, Garlic New Potatoes, Cornbread, Brussels Sprouts, and Mixed Salad
Saturday
  • Brunch: Quiche, Vegetarian Quiche, Cinnamon Sugar Mini Muffins, and Fruit Salad

  • Dinner: Artichoke and Spinach Lasagna, Quinoa Salad, Grilled Watermelon Slices
