  • Dinner: Garlic and Basil Chicken Thighs, Garlic and Basil Tofu Cutlets, Potato Gratin, Asparagus, and Strawberry, Feta, & Spinach Salad
Tuesday
  • Lunch: Shrimp Tacos, Sweet Potato, Black Bean and Corn Tacos, White Rice, and Guacamole
  • Dinner: Sausage and Beef Jambalaya, Tofu Jambalaya, Collard Greens, Cornbread, and Spring Salad
Wednesday
  • Lunch: Chicken w/ Cheese Tortellini, Cheese Tortellini, Garlic Toast, Spinach Salad
  • Dinner: Steak and Ale Pie, Veggie and Ale Pie, Cinnamon Apple Sauce, and Carrot & Raisin Salad
