Monday
  • Lunch: Chicken Sandwiches, Chickpea Patty Sandwiches, Waffle Fries, Baked Beans, and Sugar Cookies
  • Dinner: Turkey Stuffed Bell Peppers, Quinoa Stuffed Bell Peppers, Mushroom Saute, Strawberry, Feta and Spinach Salad
Tuesday
  • Lunch: Grilled Cheese, Tomato Basil Soup, and Mixed Salad
  • Dinner: Shrimp Enchiladas, Spinach and Cheese Enchiladas, Spanish Rice, Black Beans, Pico de Gallo, and Cornbread
Wednesday
  • Lunch: Tuna Salad, Chickpea Salad, Potato Chips, and Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • Dinner: Meatloaf, "Meat"loaf, Fully Loaded Mashed Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts, and Cranberry Apple Walnut Salad
Thursday
