  • Dinner: Chicken and Cheese Enchiladas, Veggie and Cheese Enchiladas, Spanish Rice, Refried Beans, and Guacamole
Tuesday
  • Lunch: Cheese Tortellini w/ Chicken, Cheese Tortellini, Garlic Toast, and Green Peas 
  • Dinner: Sweet Hot Mustard Chicken, Sweet Hot Mustard Tofu Cutlets, Mushroom Rissotto, Roasted Aspragus, and Sour Cream Biscuits
Wednesday
  • Lunch: Potato Bar, Fixin's
  • Dinner: Blackened Lemon Tilapia, Blackened Lemon Tofu, Herbed Rice, Spinach and Kale Saute, and Chocolate Chip Cookies
Thursday
  • Lunch: Shrimp Tacos, Sweet Potato, Black Bean and Corn Tacos, White Rice, and Pinto Beans
  • Dinner: Zuppa Tuscana, Veggie Zuppa Tuscana, Brussels Sprouts, and Sugar Cookies
Friday
  • Lunch: Tuna Salad, Chickpea Salad, Potato Chips, and Berry Salad
  • Dinner: Gyros, Falafel, Pita Bread, Hummus and Veggies, Tzatziki Sauce, and Greek Salad

  • Brunch: Potato, Egg, and Cheese Burritos, Bacon, Cinnamon Rolls w/Icing
Sunday
  • Dinner: Veggie Pad Thai, Spring Rolls, and Steamed Broccoli
