- Dinner: Pork Chops, Seitan Chops, Mac n Cheese, Green Beans, Rolls, and Spring Mix.
Wednesday
- Lunch: Salad Bar, and Fruit and Granola.
- Dinner: Spaghetti and Turkey Meatballs, Spaghetti and TVP Sauce, Steamed Broccoli, Caesar Salad, and Sugar Cookies.
Thursday
- Lunch: Chicken Fried Rice, Tofu Fried Rice, and Eggrolls.
- Dinner: Buffalo/Barbecue Chicken, Buffalo/Barbecue Tofu, Mac n Cheese, Coleslaw, and Turnip Greens, and Side Salad.
Friday
- Lunch: Chili Mac, Veggie Chili Mac, and Sautéed Squash and Zucchini.
- Dinner: Turkey Burgers, Veggie Burgers, Waffle Fries, Baked Beans, and Apple-Pear Salad
Saturday
- Brunch: Potato, Egg, and Cheese Burritos, Bacon, Cinnamon Rolls w/Cream Cheese Icing (I know it's a repeat but brunch was cancelled last week and I want cinnamon rolls. I am god here, you have no powers, mortal.)
Sunday
- Dinner: Veggie Pot Pie, Asparagus, and Strawberry, Feta and Almond Salad
