Monday

  • Dinner: 5 Bean Casserole (Meat and Veggie), Cucumber and Tomato Salad, and Cornbread Muffins
Tuesday
Lunch: Barbacoa, Spanish rice, Pico de Gallo, Refried Beans and 
Dinner: Maple Salmon, Maple Chickpea Cutlets, Oven Roasted Asparagus, Potato Salad, and Caesar Salad

Wednesday
Lunch: Toasted Ham and Cheese Sandwiches and Broccoli & Cheese Soup
DInner: Zuppa Toscana Soup, French Onion Soup, Garlic Breadsticks, Peas & Carrots, and Cranberry Kale Salad

Thursday
Lunch: Super Nachos, Guacamole, and Mexican Rice
