Brunch: Barbacoa Tacos/Vegetarian Tacos, Spicy Peppers and Onions, Avocado on Side
Sunday
Dinner: Gravy Baked Pork Chops, Roasted Portobello Mushrooms, Twice Baked Potatoes, Green Beans, Kale Salad

Monday

Lunch: Quiche Lorraine, Broccoli Quiche, Roasted Potatoes
Dinner: Ratatouille, Lemon Butter Salmon, Garlic Rolls, Arugula Salad
