Thursday

Dinner:Barbecue Chicken Thighs, Roasted Portobello Mushrooms, Balsamic Brussel Sprouts, Mashed Potatoes, Summer Corn Salad

Friday

Dinner: Thai Pork with Peanut Sauce, Coconut Tofu, Stir Fried Vegetables, Brown Rice, Chopped Cabbage

Saturday

Brunch: Build-Your-Own-Tacos, Guacamole, Refried Black Beans
Sunday
Dinner: Gumbo, Vegetarian Gumbo, Roasted Okra, Homesteader Cornbread, Caesar Salad

Monday

Dinner: Pizza of All Kinds, Lemon Asparagus, Caprese Salad

Tuesday (the 21st aka last meal for a lil bit)


Dinner: Coconut Jerk Chicken, Caribbean Curried Peas, Sweet and Savory Plantains, Black Beans and Rice, Spinach and Red Pepper Salad
