Dinner: Barbacoa/Tempeh Tacos, Roasted Cauliflower, Refried Beans
Thursday
Lunch: Curried Quinoa with Garbanzo Beans and Roasted Peppers 
Dinner: Sloppy/Snobby Joes, Sweet Potato Fries, Blue Cheese Salad
