Thursday
Lunch: Grilled Cheese (Vegetarian) and TC’s Tomato Soup (Vegan, cont. Soy)
Dinner: Tinga de Pollo y Jackfruit (Vegan) [take two!]

Friday
Lunch: Club Sandwiches (Meat, Vegetarian. and Potentially Vegan)
Dinner: Chicken and Eggplant Parmesan w/ Caesar Salad

Saturday
Brunch: Brunch sandwiches (Egg, Veggie Patties, Bacon, etc.) w/ Eliza’s Magic Green Sandwich Spread (Vegan, cont. Avocado)

Sunday
Dinner: Chicken and "Not-Chicken" and Dumplings (Meat and Vegan) w/ Caesar Salad

Monday
Lunch: Florentine Ravioli (Dairy)
Dinner: Enchiladas Verdes (Chicken and Vegetarian) with Los Tios Mexican Rice (Vegan) and Charro Beans (Vegan)

Tuesday
Lunch: Leftovers! Help Reduce Taos Waste!
Dinner: Hawaiian Inspired Tofu, White Rice, Roasted Veggies, and Haupia (Hawaiian Coconut Pudding)
