Menu for the week of Sept 20th to 26th

Monday
Lunch: Thai-Style Beef, Ginger Lime Tofu, Pasta, Veggie Blend

Dinner: Cajun-spiced shrimp, Chickpea Cakes, Black-Eyed Pea and Collard Green Soup, Couscous

Tuesday
Lunch: Beef Ravioli, Cheese Ravioli, Marinara Sauce, Broccoli

Dinner: Grilled Tilapia, Roasted Mushrooms, Pesto Pasta, Veggie Blend

Wednesday – Oktoberfest started Sept 18th - Bring your favorite beer to dinner!
Lunch: Grilled Chicken, Chik patties, Roasted Potatoes, Corn

Dinner: Apple Latkes, Bratwurst, Veggie Sausage, Sauerkraut, Mashed Potatoes

Thursday
Lunch: Quiche Lorraine (contains PORK!), Broccoli Quiche, Salad

Dinner: Beef/Veggie Enchilada Casserole, Gazpacho, Corn, Rice

Friday
Lunch: Tortellini Pasta Salad (w/ and w/o Chicken), Oven-steamed green beans

Dinner: Ginger Pork Meatballs, Sweet Potato patties, Quinoa Almond Salad, Soy Sesame Zucchini, Rice

Saturday
Brunch: Breakfast Tacos, Stephen’s Saturday Creations

Sunday
Brunch: Scrambled Eggs, Lemon Poppyseed Pancakes, Chef’s choice vegetables and sides
