Monday
Lunch: Sausage jambalaya (contains PORK!), Tofu jambalaya, Green beans
Dinner: Moroccan Meat Balls, Chickpea stew, Carrot Salad, Israeli Couscous

Tuesday
Lunch: Grilled cheese, Grilled ham & cheese, Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
Dinner: Baked Ziti – Sausage (contains PORK!) or veg, Butternut Squash, Fresh bread

Wednesday
Lunch: Chicken Fettucine Alfredo, Broccoli Alfredo, Cauliflower blend
Dinner: Fried Catfish, Blackened Tofu, Succotash Salsa, Brown Coconut Rice

Thursday
Lunch: Mexi-Burgers, Black Bean Burgers, Salad, Rice
Dinner: Chicken and Dumplings, Mushrooms and Dumplings, Rice, Vegetables

Friday
Lunch: Sausage Pizza, Veggie Pizza, Salad
Dinner: Roasted Rosemary Chicken, Minestrone Soup, Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli Kale Salad

Saturday
Brunch: Brunch Tacos, Stephen’s Saturday Brunch creations

Sunday
Brunch: Eggs, Gingerbread Pancakes, Chef’s choice veggies and sides
