Dinner: Chicken Teriyaki, Tofu Teriyaki, Brown Rice, Veg TBD

Tuesday
Lunch: Pork Cornbread Casserole, Cornbread Casserole, Peas
Dinner: Turkey Alfredo, Spinach Alfredo, Basil Parmesan Zucchini

Wednesday
Lunch: Taco Wednesday – Beef and TVP, Corn
Dinner: Brisket, Baked Seitan, Gravy, Baked Beans, Roasted Vegetables, Peach Cobbler or Cherry Cobbler

Thursday
Lunch: Beef and Cheese Ravioli, Carmelized Cauliflower
Dinner: Broccoli Beef, Broccoli Tofu, Asiany Vegetable Blend, Rice

Friday
Lunch: Grilled Chicken, Chic patties, Dill Peas
Dinner: Creole Shrimp, Creole Tofu, Succotash Salsa, Coconut BrownRice

Saturday
Brunch: Brunch Tacos, Stephen’s sides and Meat option

Sunday
Brunch: Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Kolaches
