Monday
Lunch: White Chicken Chili, White Tofu Chili, Cornbread, Corn
Dinner: Bibimbap (Beef, Tofu, Egg, Spinach, Sprouts, Rice)

Tuesday
Lunch: Beef Stroganoff, Mushroom Stroganoff, Veg Blend
Dinner: King Ranch Casserole (Chicken or Veg), Broccoli Kale Salad

Wednesday
Lunch: Tuna Melts, Grilled Cheese, Tomato Soup
Dinner: Shepherd’s Pie (Lamb or TVP), Mac N Cheese, Three Bean Salad

Thursday
Lunch: Tortellini with Chicken or Vegetables, Peas
Dinner: Greek-Style Penne with Beef or Lentils, Greek Cabbage

Friday
Lunch: Fried Rice (Shrimp or Veg), Soy Sesame Zucchini
Dinner: Chicken Tikka Masala, Tofu Tikka Masala, Cauliflower, Brown Rice

Saturday
Brunch: Breakfast Tacos, Stephen’s Meat, Veggies and Sides

Sunday
Brunch: Ricotta Lime Muffins, Tarashea’s Veggies and Sides
