Menu for the week of Feb 28th to Mar 6th

Sorry, lots of frozen/canned vegetables due to freezes killing all the fresh ones.

Monday
Lunch: Thai Beef with Angel Hair, Thai Tofu, Baby Corn and Mushrooms
Dinner: Fish Tacos, TVP Tacos, Calabacitas, Mexican Rice

Tuesday
Lunch: Chicken Tortilla Soup, Veg Tortilla Soup, Cornbread, Green Beans
Dinner: Sausage or Veg Calzones, Broccoli, Mashed Potatoes

Wednesday
Lunch: Tuna-Noodle Casserole, Mushroom-Noodle Casserole, Veg Blend
Dinner: Kung Pao Chicken, Kung Pao Tofu, Bell Pepper and Veg Blend, Rice

Thursday
Lunch: Hamburgers, Black Bean patties, Roasted Potatoes, Salad
Dinner: Beef Lasagna, Veggie Lasagna, Veg Blend

Friday
Lunch: Cassie’s kick-ass pizzas (meat and veg), Peas
Dinner: Chicken and Dumplings, Tofu, Mushrooms and Dumplings, Veg Blend

Saturday
Brunch: Brunch Tacos, Stephen’s sides and Meat option

Sunday
Brunch: Pigs in a blanket, Spinach Frittata, Chef’s choice vegetable and sides
