Menu for the week of October 15th to 22nd




Monday
Lunch: Kale Gratin (with and without beef), Salad
Dinner: Kielbasa or Vegan Sausage Potato Skillet, Ratatouille, Homemade Rolls

Tuesday
Lunch: Pizza, Pumpkin Soup and Peas
Dinner: Green Chicken or Tofu Curry, Rice, Cauliflower

Wednesday
Lunch: Turkey or Vegan Chili, Corn, and Lots of Toppings
Dinner: Chicken or Spinach Alfredo, Garlic Bread, Green Beans

Thursday
Lunch: Chicken or Tofu Salad Sandwiches, Roasted Potatoes, Carrots
Dinner: Beef or Veggie Stew, Mashed Potatoes, Asparagus

Friday
Lunch: Beef or Cheese Ravioli, Broccoli
Dinner: Baked Lemon Chicken or Tempeh Fricasse, Couscous, Kale

Saturday
Brunch: Pigs in Blankets, Hashbrowns, Scrambled Eggs, Veggie

Sunday
Special Guest: Jim Jones, The first College Houses Employee ever, He was with us for 35 years and helped inspire many co-ops. He is going to give us a history of College Houses!
          
 Dinner: Orange Chicken or Tempeh, Rice, Broccoli and a Special Dessert


Monday
Lunch: Chicken or Veggie Pasta Salad, Crudités and Hummus
Dinner: Parmesan Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan, Herbed Spaghetti Squash and Twice Baked Potatoes
