Monday:
Lunch: Tomato Florentine Soup, Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Salad(v)
Dinner: Breakfast for Dinner, Bacon or Tempeh Bacon(v), Baked Omelets, Pancakes(v)
Primal Scream: Cupcakes

Tuesday
Lunch: Chicken or Veggie Tortellini Pasta Salad, Veggies and Dip
Dinner: Balsamic Butter Tilapia or Crispy Coconut Tofu, Thyme Mashed Potatoes, Sugar Snap Peas
Primal Scream: Brownies

Wednesday
Lunch: Hamburgers or Black Bean Burgers(v), French Fries(v), Carrots(v)
Dinner: Barbeque Chicken or Tofu(v), Rice and Beans(v), Brussels Sprouts
Primal Scream: Hummus and Veggies

Thursday
Lunch: Chicken or Tofu Teriyaki(v), Rice, Broccoli(v)
Dinner: Italian Sausage or Veggie Lasagna, Risotto, Asparagus
Study Break: Chocolate Chip Cookies and Hot Chocolate


Friday
Lunch: Turkey or Veggie Chili(v), Cornbread, Green Beans(v)
Dinner: Chicken or Spinach Alfredo, Cauliflower(v), Focaccia

Saturday
Brunch: French Toast Bake, Bacon, Deviled Eggs, Veg.

Sunday:
Dinner: Rosemary Chicken or Blackened Tofu(v), Mac and Cheese, Green Beans(v)

Monday:
Lunch: Pizza, Broccoli Soup, Veggie
Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognese or Veggiese(v), Asparagus(v)
