Monday:

Tuesday:
Lunch: Chicken Salad Sandwiches or Tofu Salad Sandwiches, Roasted Potatoes, Veggies and Hummus
Dinner: Beef and Italian Sausage or Spinach Lasagna, Brussel Sprouts, Garlic Rolls,

Wednesday
Lunch: Beef or Bean(v) Frito Pies, Green Beans(v)
Dinner: Potato Kielbasa Skillet or Potato Tempeh Skillet, Asparagus(v), Dessert

Thursday
Lunch: Chicken or Veggie Tortellini Pasta Salad, Vegetable Blend
Dinner: Gumbo or Veggie Gumbo(v), Rice(v), Kale(v)

Friday
Lunch: Chicken or Veggie(v) Tortilla Soup, Corn(v)
Dinner: Pulled Pork or Spaghetti Squash(v), Potato Salad(v), Green Beans(v), Rolls(v)

Saturday: Deviled Eggs, Sausage, Roasted Potatoes, Coffee Cake, Fresh Veggies

SUPERBOWL SUNDAY
Dinner: Chips and Dips, Buffalo Wings (Hot and BBQ)or Chickpea Nuggets, Veggie Tray
