Menu for the 4th-11th

Monday:
Lunch:  Hot dogs or Veggie Dogs(v), French Fries(v), Carrots(v)
Dinner: Kung Pao Chicken or Tofu(v), Rice(v), Broccoli(v)

Tuesday
Lunch:Super nachos with chicken or black beans, guacamole, queso, corn and lots of toppings.
Dinner: Beef or Vegan Tempeh Shepherd’s Pie(v), Brussel Sprouts(v), Focaccia

Wednesday
Lunch: Creamy Light Potato Soup, Tuna salad or Tofu salad sandwiches(v), dill peas, roasted potatoes
Dinner: Creamy Pappardelle with Bacon and Leeks or Fiorentini with Butternut squash
Buttered Spinach with Vinegar,

Thursday
Lunch: Beef Gratin or Kale Gratin, Chef’s choice veggie
Dinner: Parmesan Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan, Risotto, Parmesan-Roasted Cauliflower

Friday:
Lunch: Beef or Cheese ravioli,marinara sauce, Vegetable Blend (v), Minted Tabouli(v)
Dinner: Beef or Vegan Jambalaya(v), Rice(v), Southern Green Beans(v)

Saturday
Brunch: Biscuits with Sausage or Vegetarian gravy, Scrambled eggs, Chef’s choice vegetable

Sunday
Dinner: Baked Chicken Breast with Parmesan Crust or Cheese and Chile Stuffed Mushrooms, Garlic Roasted Asparagus(v)

Monday
Lunch: Quiche Lorraine or Broccoli Quiche, Vegetables with Hummus
Dinner: Chicken or Chickpea Curry, Naan, Rice, Tandoori Acorn Squash
