YUMS September 29th to October 5th

Monday, September 1st  

Lunch: Flautas, Cilantro Lime Rice, Southwestern Chopped Salad 
Dinner: Rosemary Chicken or Zucchini Fritters, Twice-Baked Potatoes, and Balsamic Carrots

Tuesday, September 2nd  
Lunch:  New England Clam Chowder or Vegetarian Clam Chowder with Corn, Dill Peas, and Oyster Crackers 
Dinner: Sausage and Vegetarian Paella with Crispy Okra and Salad

Wednesday, September 3rd  
Lunch: Wraps with Kale, Avocado, Hummus, and Chicken  
Dinner: Beef or Spinach/Veggie Lasagna with Roasted Broccoli and Caesar Salad
 

Thursday, September 4th  
Lunch: King Ranch Casserole with Butter Peas and Salad  
Dinner: Turkey or Veggie Burgers with Tots and Roasted Carrots
 

Friday, September 5th
Lunch:  Chicken Salad or Vegetarian Chick'n Salad with Sandwich Toppings
Dinner:  Lemon and Dill Chicken or Seitan with Creamed Corn, and Cucumber Tomato Salad

Saturday, September 6th
Brunch: Shrimp and Grits or Cheesy Grits with Yellow Squash, Broccoli and Blueberry Muffins

Sunday, September 7th  
Dinner: Fried Chicken or Vegan Fried Chicken, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans, and Biscuits!
