Monday
  • Lunch: Dino Nuggets, Chickpea Patties, Waffle Fries, and Chocolate Chip Cookies
  • Dinner: Shrimp Alfredo, Mushroom Alfredo, Vegetable Medley, Garlic Twists, and Fruit Salad
Tuesday
  • Lunch: Clam Chowder, Potato and Corn Chowder, Grilled Cheese, and Green Peas
  • Dinner: Steak smothered in Onions and Mushrooms, Seitan Chops smothered in Onions and Mushrooms, Mashed Potatoes, Roasted Broccoli, Sugar Cookies, and Spring Mix Salad
Wednesday
  • Lunch: Bratwurst, Tofuwurst, Potato Salad, and Mixed Salad 
  • Dinner: Baked Salmon, Baked Tofu, Herbed Rice, Roasted Brussels Sprouts, and Spring Mixed Salad
Thursday
  • Lunch: Chicken Coconut Curry, Chickpea Coconut Curry, White Rice, and Roasted Carrots
  • Dinner: Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant Parmesan, Spaghetti Noodles, Roasted Sweet Potatoes, and Apple/Pear Crisp
Friday
  • Lunch: Barbacoa Tacos, Sweet Potato, Black Bean and Corn Tacos, White Rice, Refried Beans, and Guacamole
  • Dinner: Feta and Sun-dried Tomato Chicken, Feta and Sun-dried Tomato Tofu Cutlets, Mushroom, Red Pepper and Roasted Garlic Quinoa, Steamed Veggies, and Rolls
Saturday
  • Brunch: Chicken Tortilla Soup, Vegetable Tortilla Soup, Black Beans, and Tres Leche Cake
Sunday
  • Dinner: Saag Paneer, Manchurian Cauliflower, Naan Bread, and Fruit Salad
