Lunch: Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup 
Dinner: Palak Paneer, Pita Bread, Hummus, Couscous, Tabbouleh

Thursday
Lunch: West African Stew (Chicken and Veggie), Quinoa w/ Feta and Cucumber
