Dinner: Spinach and Tomato Tortellini with Grilled Chicken/Grilled Mushrooms, Grilled Yellow Squash, Caesar Salad

Thursday

Lunch: Breakfast Tacos 
Dinner: Shrimp Étouffée, Vegan Étouffée, Baked-Fried Okra, Brown Rice, Spinach and Red Pepper Salad
