Lunch: Hot Dogs (Meat and Vegetarian) with Onions and Bell Peppers
Dinner: Baked Herb Chicken and Tofu with Mashed Potatoes, Brussels Sprouts and Salad

Saturday
Brunch: Chilaquiles (Vegetarian, Vegan Option Available) and Caesar Salad

Sunday
Dinner: Gyros: Shish Tawouk, Falafel, Tartour and French Fries

Tuesday
Lunch: Mom's Texas Caviar and Chips (vegan)
Dinner: Orange Chicken/Tempeh (Vegan) with Rice and Cabbage Salad
